Winchester County, VA 1740 and died 26 Oct 1807 in Stanford, Lincoln County, KY. I found a marriage record for their daughter Anne Wilcox Warren and Jacob Stephens, in Lincoln County, KY for 5 apr 1784. That is the sum total of my knowledge on these ancestors.
