2 May 1799. Richard Jackman and Mary, his wife of Lincoln County to Christopher Clark of 
Lincoln County deed. Consideration 38 L. Tract in Lincoln County on waters of Dicks river 
"adjoining the land whereon the said Clark now lives" containing 19 acres and 32 poles.
	Beg at a white oak.
	S 80 E 19 poles to stake and sugartree, beech, and hornbeam.
	S 2 W 24 poles to a beech and sugartree.
	S 5 W 32 poles to a sugartree and stone.
	S 70 W 23 poles to a stake.
	N 30 W 9 ½ poles to a walnut.
	N 10 E to Beg.
