Newell this day personally appeared before the undersigned Justice of the peace and made oath that the above rept is just and true and that there is no legal or set off against said account and that there is no unlawful usury contained therein and that the same remains unpaid without discount this the 7th day of November, 1866. Newell was the attending physician at the time above named in the rept and that he knows that Doctor Newell frequently visited Hardin Reynolds and daughter during their sickness at that time and believes the charges reasonable and not above the customary fees for this neighborhood.
