My mother probably would have been able to identify but, unfortunately it didn't
come into my hands (from a distant cousin) until after Mother died.

Top is my mother: Mabel (Adington) Stamper
Middle Person Unknown
Bottom is me: Dorothy Lee Stamper

 Pretty sure it was taken around Waynesburg, KY, ca 1939-40
