This is a picture of Thomas Reed Phillips 1890-1933, Nannie Elizabeth (Troxel) Phillips 1899-1977 and the baby is Jacob Thomas Phillips (AKA J. T.  Phillips) 1918-1985.  This picture was taken approximately 1918 probably in Lincoln County since that is where they married and lived the rest of their lives.
