The McCracken
County, Kentucky Genealogical & Historical Society was formed in 1977 to promote
interest in genealogical and historical research.
Meetings
Second Wednesday -September through May, 1:30 P.M.
in the McCracken County Public Library Meeting Room.
A program on genealogy or history is followed by a business meeting and informal
sharing.

Membership Membership is open to anyone
interested in family records, family history, genealogy, and local history.
Dues are 12.00 per year.
Publications Members recieve the McCracken
County Ky. Genealogical-Historcial Journal, published annually. Books
on McCracken County research are also available for sale.
Research Collection The Society's research
books and other research materials are housed in the Special Collections
Department of the McCracken County Public Library, Paducah, Ky.
