FUNERAL AND BURIAL SERVICES HELD TUESDAY AFTERNOON AT BETHEL

Hugh Thomas Marshall, 76, a retired farmer and native of Woodville, died at 7:45 pm Sunday at his residence there.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Maggie Marshall; seven daughters, Mrs. Ray Stone, Detroit, MI; Miss Rowena Marshall, Mrs. Arthur Jerrell, Mrs. Richard Frazier, Mrs. Edward Frazier, Mrs. Henry Wall and Mrs. Marshall Stevens, all of Kevil and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Bethel Christian church with the Rev. C. M. Middleton and the Rev. H. F. Clayton officiating, Internment was made in the Bethel cemetery.

Honorary pallbearers were: Henry Luckett, Myrt Murphy, Dudley Judd, Charley Tomlinson, Forest Spencer, Claude Murphy, Cap Vaughn and Rube Helton. Active pallbearers were: Fax Collins, Rieke Stone, Abram Rossington, J. D. Flowers and Tom Murphy.
