JULIA HOUSER
Julia M. Houser, 83, of Paducah died at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at her residence.
Mrs. Houser was a retired Head Start schoolteacher. She was a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, one of Carbondale, Ill., one of Houston and one of Lone Oak; one daughter of Lone Oak; two brothers, one of Grahamville and one of Lone Oak; 11 granchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl E. Houser; one son John W. Houser; one brother; and her stepmother, Iona Bell. Her parents were William E. Bell and Gladys Miles Trotter.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lone Oak First Baptist Church. The Revs. Stan Reed and Mike Williams and Dr. Willis Henson will officiate, and burial will be in Mount Kenton Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Lone Oak Funeral Home and after 9 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
