I Elizabeth Stanley of the County of McCracken and State of Kentucky, being
sick and weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make
my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say;1st, I desire that all my just debts and funeral expences all be paid out
of my money. The balance of the money to be equally divided between my three
children naming them, Nedham Stanley, Mason Stanley, and Lucinda Allen2nd, All my stock of cattle and ----? land, also all my household and
kitchen furniture, farming utensils and all of which are to be divided
equally between my three above named children, Nedham, Mason, and Lucinda
which I give to them, their heirs, adminstraters, and assigns forever.And lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint John Smith, Executor of this
my last will and testament . In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affix my seal this 13th of April 1844

McCracken CountyAt a county court -----? and -----? for the county aforesaid at the
Courthouse in Paducah on the 9th day of June 1845 the foregoing last will
and testament of Elizabeth Stanley dec'd was provided to the Court and
proven by the oaths of Thomas Terrale and Richard G. Fletcher two of the
subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded as the true last will
and testament of decendent testimony whereof and that the same together with
this certificate stand truly recorded in my office I hearunto set my hand
this 21st day of October 1845
