LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANK NEIHOFF
I, Frank Neihoff, of Paducah, Kentucky, Route No. 6, being of sound mind
and disposing memory,
but realizing the uncertaninty of life and the certainty of death,
do hereby make and publish this as and
for my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous Wills heretofore
made by me.
First: It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first
fully paid as soon after my
death as practicable.
Second: All my household and kitchen furniture I hereby will and bequeath
to my beloved wife,
Rosa Neihoff, to be hers absolutely.
Third: I hereby will, devise and bequeath to my son, Martin J. Neihoff
my farm and tract of land,
containing 60 acres, located on the Contest Gravel Road, in McCracken County,
Kentucky, about
8 miles from Paducah, together with all the reams and work stock, farming
implements and live stock
Fourth: I have not mentioned herein any other of my said children for the
reason that my said son,
Martin J.Neihoff, has, for the last several years, and is now, providing
for the support of such of my
family as is now living with me and is now and has been for several years
keeping up the expenses of
said farm and my said family and paying off and discharging my debts as
they become due, and will
Fifth: I hereby nominate and appoint my said son, Martin J. Neihoff, as
the Executor of this my last
Will and Testament and request the Court not to require any Bond be made
by him.
I also request that no appraisment be made or filed on my estate.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and subscribed my name on this the 2nd day of April, 1928.

do certify that the
foregoing Last Will and Testament of Frank Neihoff, deceased, was on the
6th day of February, 1929,

together
with certificate, is done accordingly.
