I Phillip Kimble, of the County of McCracken and State of Kentucky of sound
mind and will ---? do make and ordain this my last will and testamentIn the first place I bequeath my soul to God who gave it, and my body I
committ to the grave to be buried at the descretion of my executorIn the first place it is my will that my just debts shall be paid and my
funeral expences to be discharged with respect to the ----? it is my will
it be disposed of in the following manner, Viz;It is my will that all my estate, real and personal be p--? to put ---?
and equally divided between my children, Catherine Jones, Phillip Kimmel,
David Kimmel, Daniel Kimmel, Benjamin Kimmel, Jane Penrod, John Kimmel,
Jaigel ? Kimmel, and Marriah Penrod,( the son's surname looks like Kimmel
but the father's name looks like Kimble) with the exception that my
executor pay the sum of twenty five dollars each ---? out of my estate
to Benjamin Kimmel, and Jane Penrod.Item, I give and bequeath unto my wife, Ann Kimble, the sum of eight
dollars to be paid out of my estateI have left my beloved son Benjamin Kimble and my esteamed friend, Isiah
Lynn, executor to this my last will and testament.

testament of Phillip Kimble,dec'd was exhibited to the Court by the
Executor therein named and proven by the oaths of the subscribing
witness thereto and ordered to be recorded, which is done accordinglyGiven under my hand as Clerk of the County Court aforesaid
