I Squire Stovall, now of the State of Kentucky and County of McCracken being
very weak and sick in body but of perfect mind and memory that it is
appointed for all men to die, I make this my last will and testament
ratifying and confirming this to be my last will and testament touching
such worldly affairs which it hath pleased God to bless me withI, first of all give and bequeath to my beloved wife Elizabeth Stovall all
my property and effects after my just debts is paid, I leave all my property
to my wife for her to do as she pleases with ---? of every kind and to as
she does ? with witness, should marry then I want the man that she marries
to give bond and be accountable to the county for his performance and ---?

on this 11th day of June 1832 the within last will and testament of
Squire Stovall, dec'd, was produced to the Court and proven by the oaths
of Henry Buckler and John Stovall subscribing witness thereto and ordered
to be recorded which is done accordinglyGiven under my hand this 17th day of September 1832
