William Feast

Last Will and Testament of William Feast
Adrian, Ky, McCracken Co., Apr. 13th, 1901

     Know all men by these presents that I William Feast, of Adrian in the County of McCracken and State of Kentucky, farmer, being in ill health but of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made. And as to my worldly estate and all the property real, personal or mixed of which I shall die seised and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my deseased I devise, bequeath and dispose thereof in the manner following to wit:
     All of my just debts and funeral expenses (and $50.00 Fifty Dollars for masses said masses to be read within six months after my death.) shall first by my executors hereinafter named be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. I give devise and bequeath to my six daughters Catherine, Cecilia Ann, Mary Elizabeth, Marthy, Ida, Agnes.
     All the rest and residue of my estate real, personal and mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my decease I give, devise and bequeath to be equally divided between and among my said daughters.

     And lastly I do nominate and appoint my brother Joseph Feast to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
     In testimony whereof I the said William Feast have to this my last Will and Testament contained on two sheets of paper and to every sheet thereof subscribed my name, and to this the last sheet thereof I have subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 13 day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and One.

     Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said William Feast as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

County of McCracken
I, H. Smedley, Clerk of the McCracken County Court do certify that the foregoing Last Will and Testament of William Feast deceased, on the 17th day of February, 1908 was produced in open Court and proven by the oathes of Adrien P. Roof and Joe Kaufman who also proved the attestation of J. W. Englert the other subscribing witness thereto; Wherefore said Writing is admitted to probate and ordered recorded as and for the last Will and testament of William Feast, deceased.
