Stone Marker at site erected by the McCracken County Civic
Beautification Board, puzzling as there isn't a restoration at site?
As I recall the courthouse was built by Frederick Harper for the sum of $300.
Directions are: takeKy 305 West ( Old Cairo Road) for several miles, till you come to the "Y "
at Pugh's Midway,go to the right at the " Y " which is KY 358 West ( Ogden Landing Road)a
few miles down ( abt.2 ) you come to the Kentucky Marker on the left, Wilmington Road meets
Ogden Landing Road, just before the marker. Turn left up Wilmington Road abt. 1/4 mile on
the left is the site.
