Arnold N HALL (Administrator of Larkin CARNAHAN), Elizabeth CARNAHAN,
Sheridan CARNAHAN, Meade CARNAHAN, Joseph H CARNAHAN, Rosa CARNAHAN, Cythia
CARNAHAN, Gee WILKERSON, Mary WILSON, Clouetia BV CISCO and John CISCO.

Larkin Carnahan died in Monroe Co - date not shown, without a will. Arnold
N HALL was appt administrator in 18-- and is the current administrator.
Very little personal property at time of death. He was owing to the
plaintiff $45. with interest (11 Aug 1884) of which only $10 had been paid.
Mentions Christopher FRAIER note. To pay the debt, Larkin's land neeed to
be sold. Larkins widow was Elizabeth and has the following children:
Sheridan (ovr 21), Meade, Joseh H and Rose and Cytha - these under 21.

The land was on the waters of Mill Creek and was sold to him by Lisetta J
and Cleota? B WILKERSON 14 Aug 1869. Boundries (neighboring land) names J
GEE, A H MAXEY, M CHISM. Lysetta J WILKERSON sold her land to Larcan
CARNAHAN. Clernella (spelled differently each time) sold her land to Larkin
CARNAHAN. Lycetta had 2 children - one called Gee and one named Mary - she
is dead. Gee and Mary are infants under 21. Clernetta married John CISCO
and now live in TN. Prays for relief.

Louisa F FORD vs Slyvester P FORD

Were married 2 May 1894 in Monroe Co - separated 3rd May 1894 - the next
day. She stated that she had 2 children and Sylvester was the father -
Samuel T FORD born 13 April 1892 and Mary B FORD born 8 Sept 1894. She
lived with the defendant from 17 Oct 1891 to about Feb 1894. Sylvester
dropped her off at her father's house and never came back. They had not
been married according to Sylvester - the marriage in TN in 1891 was a
farce and illegal - the man who married them only pretended to and had no
authority to marry. About April 1894 she had him arrested on the charge of
--- left blank -- and he was imprisoned for several days, then released on
bond. Sylvester agreed to marry her legally and they were married 2 May
1894 - he deserted her the next day. 

Stated her maiden name from Louisa F WHEAT and petitioned for return of her
maiden name. Sylvester had a cow that really belonged to her, a yearling
horse and 1/4th interest in 300 acres of land owned by his father, G W Ford
at the time of his death. The mother still resides there and has
dower/homestead. Lands bounded by lands of Phillip MOORE, H X BAXTER, James
ROUSE and Martin HAMMER and Mrs G W SPEAR - near the Germana Church house.
She asks for alimony to support herself and children and an injunction
forbitting him from disposing of any property.

Deposition taken of James PEALER 6 May 1896 - age 37 years.

Abe T LOYD vs Jazzey LOYD

Married 20 Nov 1893 in TN, now reside in Monroe Co. She was pregnant at the
time of marriage by another unknown man - he didn't know it. She gave birth
20 Nov 1894 at the 4th month and 2nd day of their marriage. Prays for a
divorce.

No conclusion shown. 

James H HARLIN vs Jasper HAYNES, Administrator of J E DODSON, decd.,
WIlliam H, S R, R C, Ella B DODSON, Jasper EMBERTON (guardian for all the
DODSON's shown above).
Filed: 10 Dec 1887 -Case No 4.

John W DODSON/DOTSON (spelled both ways) died in Monroe Co --- and left the
following children under age 21: Willie H, S R, R C and Ella B. Jasper
EMBERTON is their statuatory guardian - qualifed in 1888. Decedant owned
land in Monroe Co - property ines included E m RUSSELL, G D REEVES. Some
land sold. Plantiff still owed money - asks for sale of remaining land.
