 Joseph Lawrence Head

Joseph Lawrence Head 85, Arcadia, died Monday, March 2, at Tipton County Memorial Hospital.
He was born April 21, 1906, in Oldham County, KY., the son of Joseph Lawrence and Mary Sammie (Williams) Head.

Mr. Head had lived in Hamilton County since 1980 and had been a warehouse foreman at Kramig Corp. in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was the widower of Geneva (Fluke) Head, who died in 1960.

Surviving are one daughter, Blanche France of Arcadia; two stepsons, Arthur E. Miller, of Duluth, Minn. and George W. Miller of Arcadia; and sister Aldora Hoffman of La Grange, KY; four grandchildren, three step grandchildren, several great grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hartley Funeral Home in Arcadia, with the Rev. Rob Muncy Officiatting.  Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery near Arcadia.
