I am looking for George W Morrow marriage to Harriet G Romans abt 1869-1870. It is highly possible that this George W Morrow married Fannie Crable first, then Harriet Romans. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Lyn Richey pettyfan67@comcast.net

Supplemental Affidavit of H. C. Morrow

The Affiant, H. C. Morrow, states that at the time of the death of Fannie Morrow, who was the first wife of said George W Morrow, he lived on the farm adjoining the farm on which she died; that he did not see her after her death and did not attend the funeral, but remembers quite distinctly the circumstance of her death and her burial by the commotion in the neighborhood, talk of the neighbors, grief of the family, and such things as always attend the death of a neighbor. Affiant further states that he is 71 years old in this April 1916, and was married and a housekeeper at the time of said death. He further states that he knew George W Morrow personally from the time said decedent was ten years of age and continuously until his death; and that personally knows that said George W Morrow decd., was never married but twice--- the first time to Fannie whose death is above referred to, the second time to the applicant Harriet G Morrow who survived him. He knows the foregoing facts by frequent association with the family of George W Morrow from the time of his said boyhood until his death. My P.O. Box Address is Owenton, Ky.
