Dr. James E. Duvall, for many years a well known
minister of the Baptist Church, and a practicing physician
in this county, died at his home in Monterey, Owen
County,
on Wednesday night, at the advanced age of 87 years.
He was the father-in-law of Capt. Sam Sanders and father
of James T. Duvall, formerly of this city. The remains were
brought to this city yesterday and intered (sic) in the
Cemetery.
