Personally appeared in counr and on his solemn oath, that he came to the United States from Ireland on or about the 1st day of July 1847 last. While a minor, under the age of 21 years; that he hath resdied in the United States for the space of three years previous to his arrival at such age that it was bonefide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever and particularly Victoria Queen of Great Britain and Ireland. Whereof he was a citizen or Subject, and that for three years past such has been his intention and the said William Reeves Having alsoon his oath declared that he will support the Constitution of the United States------- hath resided in the United States for the space of five years past, that for the first three years of that peroid he was a minor.
Whereupon said William Reeves is delcared to be
and is hereby admitted a citizen of the United States.
