February 5th 1869 - By order of our Deacons j.H. Mains a call Meting of the church of Palistine Pendleton County Ky on the first Saturday in February 1869 the Members met that would; and after Reading a potion of gods word then the members Present adoped the following Rules to wit:
Proceded to ordanise by apointing Brother J.H. Mains act as Moderator
Movd & seconded that the votes that was sent in by a member be received as tho they were present
Moved and seconded that the members all at Palistine all Pay one Dollar & 50 cens Each
Moved & seconded that Each member is to Pay quarterly the one dollar & fifty the church has Leved & Brothher James B. Hamilton be called on
Moved and seond to call a Preacher this Day for to Preach the Ensuing year from March 1869

The above named persons were Baptized by Brother Barbee & Jordan in the Licking River August the 11 1876;
Then Brother Jordan preached at the House at night & Received then Louis Hamilton & David Steward & Nicholas Martin & ____ Smith;   
Then Brother Barbee continued the meeting comencing tuesday night; Then came forward & Joined the church: Martin vanhook & wife under watch care and Carlina Hill, Marguet Roach, Rossilla Mains, Prissillia Hamilton by profession & Cynthia pebworth; for Membership 16 J B Wood & Sarah Cummins;
the above were Baptized the 18 day of august in willow creek; at ight came mrs Dawson by profession and was Baptised the 5 day of September 1876 in Licking River, and sister Sarrah Courtney & annaliza a. Courtney came under watch cars till they Brought Letters
