Mrs.
Feddie
Margaret Naugle, 89, of
Williamstown, formerly of Falmouth, passed
away Saturday, July 12, 2003 at Grant Manor
Nursing Center in Williamstown, after an
extended illness.
She was born in Bracken County, daughter of
the late George and Roxie Bolender Bradford.
She is the widow of Elmo Naugle, who
preceded her in death on August 12, 1983.
She was a member of the Falmouth United
Methodist Church, the Florence Griffy Sunday
School Class and the United Methodist Women.
Also preceding her in death was a brother,
Raymond Bradford.
Survivors include a daughter, Janice Belter
of Lexington; a granddaughter, Kelly Jones
of Leitchfield, Ky.; and two
great-grandsons, Jeremy and Brandon Jones.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday,
July 15 at Woodhead Funeral home in Falmouth
with Rev. Donna Jones officiating.
Visitation will be from noon until the time
of service.
Interment will be in the Johnsville
Cemetery, Bracken County.
H. Mason
Foxworthy, 78, of Falmouth, formerly
of Maysville, passed away Friday, July 11,
2003 at home.
Mr. Foxworthy was born in Mt. Carmel, Ky.,
on February 11, 1925, son of the late
Douglas E. and Ruth Foxworthy. He was a
retired foreman for S & H Construction in
Flemingsburg. He was a United States Navy
veteran, having served his country in the
Pacific Theater during World War II. He was
also a member of the Falmouth Christian
Church.
Besides his parents, other preceding him in
death were sisters, Wilma Gilpin and Mae
Mearns and a brother, Boyd Foxworthy.
Survivors include a son, Ty Foxworthy and
his wife, Vicki Banta of Colfax, North
Carolina; a daughter, Teri Clos and her
husband, Monte of Falmouth; a sister, Nelsie
McHugh of Maysville; a brother, Elmer
Foxworthy of Mt. Carmel; two granddaughters;
two grandsons; and two great-grandsons.
Funeral services were Monday, July 14 at
Brell & Son Funeral Home in Maysville with
Rev. Anne Kleinschmidt officiating.
Nelva R. Ewing,
87, of Louisville, formerly of Falmouth,
passed away Friday, July 11, 2003 at Baptist
Hospital Northeast in Louisville.
Mrs. Ewing was born in Pulaski County, Ky.
on February 7, 1916, daughter of Lewis H.
and Elzora Tartar Richardson. She was a
retired school teacher and librarian in
Falmouth.
She was preceded in death by her husband, C.
Harold Ewing in 1967.
Survivors include a son, Dr. Roger Ewing and
wife, Roberta, of Pendleton, Ky.; two
grandsons, Samuel Ewing and Micah Cathleen
Ewing; and one great-grandson, Jonah Ewing.
Funeral services were Sunday, July 13 at
Highland Funeral Home in Louisville. An
additional funeral was held at Peoples
Funeral Home in Falmouth on Monday, July 14.
Interment was in the Riverside Cemetery,
Falmouth.
Robert W. Weber,
68, of Highland Heights, passed away
Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at St. Elizabeth
South.
He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 22,
1935. He was a carpenter.
Preceding him in death was his wife, MaDonna
Weber and parents, William and Grace Weber.
Survivors include a daughter, Robin Weber of
Butler; a sister, Beverly Heidebrink of Ft.
Thomas; and three grandchildren.
Funeral services were Monday, June 30 at
Dobbling Funeral Home in Ft. Thomas with
Rev. Charles Mitchell officiating.

Robert Louis
Hamilton, 60, Falmouth, passed away
Saturday, July 19, 2003 at the River Valley
Nursing Home in Butler.
He was born on September 17, 1942 in
Pendleton County, Kentucky, son of the late
Clyde and Hazel Butts Hamilton. Robert was a
retired painter.
Surviving is a son, Robert Hamilton of
Bowling Green; three brothers, Clyde
Hamilton Jr. and George (Dickey) Hamilton of
Falmouth and Frank Hamilton of Demossville;
sisters, Jean Debruler of Cynthiana and
Priscilla Lee Owens of Falmouth.
Funeral services were Tuesday, July 22 at
Woodhead Funeral Home in Falmouth by Bro.
Ronald Lee. Pallbearers were Bernard Owens
Jr., Andrew Owens, Shawn Bruin, Phillip
Williams, Rodney Hamilton, Elza Toliver Sr.,
Elza Toliver Jr., and Victor Daugherty.
Interment was in the Riverside Cemetery,
Falmouth.

Wilma
“Winnie” Vanlandingham, 74, of
Butler, passed away Saturday, July 26, 2003
at St. Luke Hospital East, Ft. Thomas.
Winnie was born in Grants Lick on July 24,
1929, daughter of the late Vard and Mentria
Gosney Webster. She was a homemaker and a
member of the Butler Christian Church. She
married Harold Vanlandingham on September
14, 1942, who preceded her in death in 1988.
Also preceding her in death were brothers,
Vard, Robert and Wilson Webster and sisters,
Alberta Teegarden and Ruth Jane Austin.
Survivors include a daughter, Julia Maxedon
of Foster; a son, Paul Vanlandingham of
Butler; sisters, Alma Schafer of Grants Lick
and Orel Brickler of Alexandria; five
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation starts at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July
29 until the time of service at Peoples
Funeral Home in Grants Lick. Funeral
services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 29
at the funeral home.
Interment will be in the Oakland Cemetery,
Grants Lick.
Ruth M.
Robinson, 76, of California, passed
away Friday, July 11, 2003 at St. Luke
Hospital East, Ft. Thomas.
She was a homemaker.
Her husband, Joseph Robinson, preceded her
in death in 1997.
Survivors include sons, Marcus Cummins and
Gary Robinson, both of California; three
grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, July 15 at
Alexandria Funeral Home.
Interment was in the Mt. Gilead Cemetery,
Carthage.
Memorials are suggested to American Cancer
Society, 6612 Dixie Highway, Suite 2A,
Florence, KY 41042.
