Falmouth Outlook Fri. 19 Dec 1924   Vol. 18 No. 29 Pg. 4  Col.  2  Deaths Ellis J. Yelton,  born 9 Apr 1849 at Grant's Lick  died 8 Dec 1924 in Speer's Hosp. age 75 years, 7 months and 29 days. He was the son of Coleman and Mildred Yelton. He married Minerva Flemming on 26 Dec 1871.  She died 2 years, 2 months and 2 days before him. They had eight children, six sons and two daughters: Rev. B. F. Yelton of Grant's Lick; Everett Yelton of Youkon, OK; Ellis Yelton of Hamilton, OH; Roy Yelton of Chilo, OH; Rollie Yelton of Newport; and Ralph Yelton of Covington; Mrs. Pearl Smythe of Lena Park, TX.  Mrs. Harry Harrison, a daughter, died seven years ago.  Burial was in Oakland Cemetery Grant's Lick.
