Willie S., Woodia (Wolf), Rosedda, Robert, Edward & Steve Chasteen

They were all native of the Hummel area in Rockcastle County. They migrated to Louisville about 1925. Between them they parented 11 children of which 4 are still living. Of the ones in the photo only Edward is still living. Picture was taken about 1919. Willie was the son of Brightberry Dowell Chasteen.

50th annivesary celebration of Willie S. and Woodia (Wolf) Chasteen in 1959. All the children in the photo were born in Rockcastle near the Hummel area except the three tripletts Bill, Wilbert and Willard. Lorenzo Brightberry Dowell "Bright" "Baldy" Chasteen and his wife Isabelle Isaacs
