Could possibly be a Rigsby, Lear or Murray

Submitted by Kate Rigsby Cain Bynum

The fellow in the middle is displaying a book which appears to me to be a picture of 'an Indian in full head dress'. The fellow to his right is also displaying something in his hand....... someone with better equipment might be able this figure this out. This picture came from the Rigsby/Murray/Roberts family.

This photo was found in my grandmother's (Morine (George) Wynn) photos. Her & Willard Wynn ran the Conway Post Office. The surnames may be for this gentleman: George or Revel, and he could be from possibly, Bourbon, Clark, Madison, and even Laurel Counties. They lived in all of these counties at 1 time or another.

Either Taylor's or Owens'. Believe the man is likely James F. Taylor but have no idea who the child is.

A friend of my grandmother, Mary Ann Langford. The picture reads: "Sony" in The Grave Yard Blues. I don't know if "Sony" is a name or if the whole thing is some sort of song title of the day. Grandmom said they used to take pictures in the cemetery there in Mt. Vernon. Maybe this really is a young woman named Sony.Taken in Mt. Vernon, 1920

A friend of my grandmother, Mary Ann Langford. The sign above the young lady says "Mt. Vernon Signal Job Printing." On the back it says that this was made at school at recess, Jan. 17, 1929. The name of the woman in the picture is obscured by remnants of the scrapbook where it was originally pasted.
