Mr. James L. Brown, age 43, husband of Delorise Brown, Ottawa, Ky., passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2004 at his residence.

He was born on July 4, 1961 in Mt. Vernon, Ky., a son of Arnold Lee and Marieta Evelyn Hayes Brown. He was a member of the Baptist Faith. He had been employed at Tokico Industries. His hobbies and interest include fishing and gardening.

Those left to mourn his passing include his parents, Arnold & Marieta Brown of Livingston, Ky; his wife Delorise Ann Mink Brown of Ottawa, Ky; three step children-Shelley Ann Tankersley & Nathan Anglin of Brodhead, Ky; Sandy Tankersley of Brodhead, Ky; April Lynn Mink Campbell and Thomas of Lexington, Ky.;

Two step grandchildren-Jacob Crowrey Donavan of Lexington, Ky; and Hanna Abigail Campbell of Lexington, Ky.

Two brothers-William Lowell Brown of Lawrenceburg, Ky; and Eldon Lee Brown of Livingston, Ky. One sister- Virginia Arlene Pheanis and husband Jim of Red Hill, Ky.

He was preceded in death by one brother-Arnold Allen Brown.

Visitation for Mr. James L. Brown will be Thursday, September 9, 2004 from 6-9PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals in Brodhead, Ky.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 10, 2004 at 1PM at the Marvin E. Owens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jack Martin officiating; burial will follow in Skaggs Creek Cemetery.
