She also loved making quilts.

Coffey is survived by her daughter, Lula Mae Depew of Hamilton; her sisters, Nannie Murphy of Avon Park, Fla., Lillie Sargent of South Lebanon, Laura Martin of Berea, Ky., and Addie Ballinger of Powell, Tenn.; her brother, Aster Anglin of Lexington, Ky.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Walter Stanley Coffey.
She was a member of Fairfield West Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Webb Noonan Funeral Home on Ross Avenue in Hamilton, followed by burial at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation is at noon at the funeral home.
