Juanita Fordyce

Nellie Juanita Fordyce, 91, of Louisville, formerly of Livingston, died March 4, 2004 at Audubon Hospital in Louisville. She was the widow of Clyde "Dip" Fordyce.

A retired grocery clerk, Mrs. Fordyce was a member of the Fairdale Christian Church in Fairdale, Ky.

Survivors are sons, Tom and Jim Fordyce and Richard and Clifford Underwood; daughters, Alice Cramer, Barbara Kelling and Pat Pace; a sister, Annabelle Johnson and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home in Fairdale with interment in Flets Chapel Cemetery in Corbin.
