H. Link, 84, former sales representative with Jasper Engine and husband of
Regina “Reggy” Wood Link, died Monday, May 26, 2003. Born in Ewing, IL, he was a
son of the late Riley and Edith Herrin Link. He was a member of Mary Queen of
the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, and was in the Army during WW II, serving in
the Normandy and Central Europe Campaign’s. In addition to his wife of
fifty-three years, he is survived by two daughters, Paula Link Caudill,
Lexington, and Alice Link Cloud, Mt. Vernon, KY; a sister, Martha I. Puffer,
Lexington; a grandson, Michael Shawn Cloud, Mt. Vernon, KY; nephews, Chris
Puffer, Mansfield, TX, Max Puffer and Phil Puffer, both of Chester, VA. Services
will be 1:30 PM Thursday at Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Jessamine Co. W.R.
Milward Mortuary-Southland is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made
to the Alzheimer’s Association, 836 Euclid Ave, Ste. 322, Lexington, KY 40502.
