Troy D. Mason age 77 of Berea, passed away Wednesday, January 21, 2004 at the Rockcastle County Hospital.

Troy was born in Woodbine, KY to the late Walter and Ethel Harmon Mason. He was a retired truck driver.

He is survived by his children Terry Gene Mason of Berea, Mildred A. Broaddus of LaGrange, KY, Freda M. Ferguson of Indiana, Troy D. Mason of Arizona, Steven D. Mason of Corbin, Andrew J. Mason of Berea, Michael E. Mason of Berea, Truman D. Mason of Corbin, Larry W. Mason of Corbin, Steely G. Mason of Arizona, James O. Williams of S. Carolina, Richard A. Williams of Cynthiana, William H. Williams of Lexington and Esther G. Anderson of Mt. Vernon; 31 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren; and one sister Wilma Elliott of London.

In addition to his parents Troy was also preceded in death by his wife Connie Pratt Mason and two children Ronald Mason and Thomas J. Mason.

Funeral services will be 12:00 Noon on Saturday, January 24, 2004 at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with Rev. Kenny Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening from 6-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
