MULLINS, Russell W. 72 of Dayton; passed away Monday 5/10/04. Russell served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired from Advance Foundry Company/Dayton Casting Company after 40 yrs. of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henery & Mable Mullins. Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years, Kathleen; 2 sons, Jimmy (Barbara) French & Mark (Lori) Mullins; 1 daughters, Brenda Compton; 4 grandchildren, Randy, David, Alysia & Samuel; 4 brothers, Victor, Lowell (Carol), Bill (Wanda) & Paul; 1 sister, Marie (Clarence) Phillips; and a host of other family & friends. Services will be held 11 am Friday, 5/14/04 at Newcomer Farley Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Rd. Family will receive visitors from 10 am until time of service. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City, OH. Russell will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
