Crab Orchard - Donald Wayne Rice, 60, of Brock Road, Crab Orchard, died Thursday at Fort Logan Hospital, Stanford.
Born April 29, 1936, in Rockcastle County, he was a son of Lillie Wallace of Ohio, and Jeff Rice of Crab Orchard. He was a retired material cutter at Miller Shoe Company in Cincinnati and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include a son, Eric Rice of Ohio; a daughter, Vicki Rice of Florence; a brother, Daniel Bruce Riced of Italy; four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at McKnight-Martin Funeral Home by the Rev. Cecil Roundtree. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. |
