Mrs. Ethel Mae Sexton, age 93 of the Berea Health Care Center, and formerly of Lambert Rd. in Berea, died Saturday, June 7 at her residence. She was born in Booneville, KY on May 23, 1910 the daughter of Ballard and Laura Bell Bowman Begley. She was a homemaker and a member of the Clay City Church of God. She is survived by two daughters, Treva Jean Sumpter and Ruth Y. Williams, both of Arizona; one brother, Finley Begley of Kentucky; and one sister, Roxie Montieth of Ohio. Also surviving are four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ambrose Sexton, Jr.; a daughter, Cleta Mae Bashford; three brothers, Aubert Begley, Ralph Begley, and R.C. Begley. |
