Mr. Terence Brent Todd, age 35 of Rt. 3 Mt. Vernon, died Sunday, Jan.
18 at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was born in Berea, KY on
May 16, 1968 the son of Eddie and Wanda Combs Todd.
A 1986 graduate of Berea Community High School, he received his B.S.
degree from Berea College in 1990 and his Master's degree in chemistry
from Eastern Kentucky University in 1992. At the time of his death, he was
on the staff of the University of Kentucky Chemistry Department as a
lecturer/demonstrator. He enjoyed experimenting with culinary projects and
solving complex computer problems. He was a member of the American
Chemical Society and was a licensed Amatuer Radio technician.
He is survived by his wife, Lora Lambert Todd; his parents, Eddie and
Wanda Todd of Berea; his maternal grandparents, Delbert and Irene Combs of
Sand Gap; an aunt, Lois Dawson (Les) of Frankfort; an uncle, Bob Todd
(Shirley) of Berea; three first cousins, Greg Todd (Renee) of Lexington,
Bethany Todd of Berea, and Sara Robeson (David) of Georgetown; four great
uncles, Harvey Lainhart of Madison County, Charley Lainhart of Sand Gap,
Dennis Lainhart of Lawrenceburg, and Roy Combs of Berea; and four great
aunts, Hazel Turner of Sand Gap, and Millie Plowman, Edna Howard, and Reba
Abrams, all of Lexington. Also surviving are several other cousins and
friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Henry and
Edna Todd. |
