Know all men by these presents that we Samuel Moore, William Moore,
Elijah Lucas, Stephen Lucas and Godele Davis are held and firmly bound
unto the commonwealth of Kentucky in the sum of Two thousand dollars
current money to be paid to the said commission the payment whereof
will and truly to be made we bind ourselves and heirs, Executors,
and admins ... that if said Samel Moore, William Moore shall and
Lucas administrators of the goods, chattles, and credits of George
Moore deceased do make a true and perfect inventory of all and
single the goods chattles and credits of said deceased which have
or shall come to the hands or possession a knowledge of them the
said Samuel, William, and Elijah or into the hands or possession of
any other person or persons for them and this same so made do
exhibit into the County Courty of Scott when they shall be thereto
required by the said court. And each goods chattles and credits do
well and truly administer according to law and further do make a just
and true account of these ratings and doings therein when thereto
required by the said court and all the rest of the said goods chattles
and credits which shall be found remaining upon the account of the
said administration the same being first examined and allowed by
the Justices of the said Court for the time being shall deliver and
pay unto such persons respectively hereafter appear that any last
will and Testament was made by the deceased said the same be proved
in Court and the executor obtain a certificate of the probate thereof
and the said Samuel, William and Elijah do in such case being
required render and deliver up their letters of administration then
the above obligation to be void else to remain in full force and
virture ...
