Know all men by these presents that we Samuel Moore, Willaim Moore
and Joel Herndon ... firmly bound unto the commonwealth of Kentucky
in the sum of 1200 dollars current money the payment whereof will
and truely to me made we bind ourselves our heirs Executers and
Admins jointly and severally firmly by their presents sealed and
dated the 3rd day of October 1819.
The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
bound Samuel Moore and William Moore administers of the goods and
chattles and credits of Robert Moore dec'd do make a true and
perfect inventory of all and singular the goods chattles and credits
of the said dec'd which have or shall come to the hands possession
or knowledge of them the said Samuel Moore and William Moore or in
the hands possession or knowledge of any other person or persons
for them and the same as made to exhibit unto the said County Court
of Scott when thereunto required by the said court and such goods
chattles and credits do will and truly administer according to law
and further do make a true account of all their actings and doings
therein when thereto required by the said Court and all the interest
of the said goods chattles and credits which shall be found remaining
upon the account of the said Administrators the same being first
examined and allowed by the Justices of the said Court for the time
being Shall deliver and pay unto said persons Respectively as Shall
be entitled to recover the same by law and if it shall hereafter
appear that any last will and testament was made by the deceased
and the same be proved in Court and the Executors obtain a conderate
of the probate thereof and the said Samuel Moore and William do in
said case being required ? and ?? these letters of Adminstration
then this above obligation to be recorded and to remain in full
force.
