On the third day of March 1828 the within named James WEST Jacob RUBLE and Isaac C. HOGAN appeared before me a Justice of the peace in and for sd County and were by me duely sworn to truley and justly appraise the slaves and personal Estate of BEADY Ashby decd and return the appraisement under their hands to the Court of the said County according to the within order.

At a County Court held for Spencer County at the courthouse in Taylorsville on Monday the 10th day of March 1828. This Inventory and appraisement of the estate of Beady AHSBY decd was returned and ordered to be recorded Atteste Raphl LANCASTER CSCC
