Taylorsville house and Blacksmith shop located in Spencer County 1800's to early 1900's.

Originally the house and shop was owned by Ellen Gough's father James Gough and then left in a will to Ellen and her husband Samuel Snider.

Samuel Snider was born in Frankfurt Kentucky around 1821 and Ellen was born in Owensboro Kentucky abt 1819.
