William H. Harrison, Capt. Applicant, "B" Co., 15th Reg't, Kentucky Vols, Enlisted Sept. 19, 1861, Discharged Febuary 9, 1863. filed by Capt. Wm. H. Harrison, Mt. Eden, Spencer County, Kentucky.

On this 5th day of Febuary, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eighty three personally appreared before me, Clerk of the County Court, a court record within and for the county and State aforesaid, William H. Harrison, aged 46 years, a resident of the (blanck) of (blank) county of Spencer, State of Kentucky, who, being duly sworn according to law, declares that he is the identical William H. Harrison, who was ENROLLED on the 19th day of September, 1861, in company "B" of the 15th regiment of Ky Infantry commanded by Curran _. Pope, and was honorably DISCHARGED at Murfreesboro Tenn on the 9th day of Febuary, 1863; that his personal description is as follows: Age, 46 years; height 5 feet 10 1/4 inches; complexion, Light; hair, Dark; eyes, Grey. That while a member of the organization aforesaid, in the service and in the line of his duty at Huntsville, in the State of Alabama on or about the 20th day of May, 1862, he was taken with typhoid fea_er three months and two weeks was unable for duty, I then contracted Diarrhea for which disease I had to resign the service. That he was treated in hospitals as follows; I never was in hospital. But was treated by Regimental Surgeon. That he has Never been employed in the military or Navelservice otherwise than as stated above (blank) That since leaving the service this applicant has resided in the County of Spencer in the State of Kentucky, and his occupation has been farmer. That prior to his _into the service above named he was a man of good, sound physcial health, being when enrolled a Farmer. That he is now Partially disabled from obtaining his subsistence by manual labor by reason of his injuries, above described, received in the service of the United States; and he therefore _is declaration for the purpose of being placed on the invalid pension-roll of the United States. He hereby appoints (blank) of (blank), State of (blank), his true and lawful attorney to proscute his claim. That he has never received nor applied for a pension. That his Post Office address is Mt. Personally came before me a Notary Public in and for said County of Shelby State of Kentucky, well known to me to be reputable and entitled to credit, and who, being duly sworn, declares in relation to the aforesaid case as follows: I cannot give no medical testimony for the reason that I have not had a phys_cian during the time between the 24th of Mar. '99 and Nov. 22ed 99. Date stamped- Pension K Jan. 22, 1900, U S OFFICE. Act of Febuary 6, 1907, Pensioner Dropped, United States Pension Agency, Louisville, KY., Jul. 9, 1909, Certificate No. 1, 012,815, Clas Invalid, Pensioner William H. Harrison, Soldier (blank), Serice Capt. B. 15 KY. V. I. The Commissioner of Pensions. SIR: I have the honor to report that the above-named pensioner who was last paid at $15.00 to Nov. 4, 1908 has been dropped because of death, Jany 19, 1909. Very respectfully
