At a county court held for Spencer County on Monday the 3rd day of June 1861 this writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Zachariah Terrell, dec'd was this day produced in court and it satisfactorily appearing to the court that the subscriber witnesses to said will have departed this life; Jos. B. Cox and John S. Howard being sworn testified that said writing and signature herto is wholly in the handwriting of the testator. Whereupon it is ordered that said writing be admitted to record and on the motion of Henry C. Terrell who made oath thereto and together with James Harrison and John Howser his sureties, entered into and acknowledged covenant as required by law.

A certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration on the estate of said Zachariah Terrell, dec'd, with the will aforesaid annexed in due form.

I, Edgar E. Sullivan, Clerk of the Spencer County court, certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of the will of Zachariah Terrell, deceased, as same appears of record in my office in Will Book "F" page 206.
