From: "Dave Frantz" Subject: Irene Hensley b abt 1811 & Docia or Julia her daughter b 1847 Date: Sunday, September 14, 2008 9:56 PM Hi, I am looking for Irene Hensley (shown in the 1860 census in Woodford County. Ky.) and her possible daughter b. 1847 . The daughter is identified on Franklin County marriage records (I have) as Docia Hensley age 16 yo unk parents supposedly b in Ky. She married TLS Dailey 25 yo marriage date is 12 Jun 1861. He enlisted in Buckner's Brigade in Nov 1862 as a confederate soldier. Then I find Docia and Lewis (TLS middle name) in Macon County, Missouri as farmers. I am sure because of their (2) born children. Then in 1880 I find them back in Franklin County Kentucky with more children but he is again TLS and she Irine Dailey. Notes on some of their children's death certificates indicate that she was Irene Julia Hensley born in Va or Ky but one clearly says she was born in Woodford County. I can find an Irene Hensley possibly her mother only b. 1811 so I am thinking this may have been her daughter who married Thomas Lewis Dailey. I have no 1850 census available yet to possibly verify. I would like to know who were her parents? Also, I have not been able to find death certificates or burial cemeteries for either Docia or TLS? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, David L. Frantz
