Hi, I am Gloria Polson and I'm searching for the family of Robert Patrick  b. 
abt 1795 Virginia.  Robert died in Howard Co., Missouri in 1826.   However he 
came to Miami Bottom, Saline Co., Missouri in 1817 from KY.  The  Howard 
County probate shows that the clerks in Woodford and/or Scott counties  were 
notified as there is mention of them in the court records

Looks like Robert Patrick may have lived in KY in Woodford and/or  Scott 
Counties.
There is mention of clerks in those counties.
(Volume 2,  page 325, November Term 1831)
