Marriage of Joseph Tyson and Frances Taylor

 

Know all men by these present that we Joseph Tyson and Christopher Sunden  are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the just and full sum of fifty pounds to the payment of which will and truly to be made we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and administrators jointly and severally firmly by these present Sealed Signed and Dated this 17th day of May 1849 ~ The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas there is a marriage shortly intended to be solemnized between the above bound Joseph Tyson and Frances Taylor     None of these should be no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage then the above obligation to be void otherwise to be and remain in full force and effect
