1900 Miss Ida Triplett, daughter of Mr. C.T. Triplett, this city [Columbia], was married in St. Louis, Mo., on Wednesday, the 27th ult., to Mr. Mont Reynolds. The couple will make their home at Moberly, Mo., and left immediately for that city. * * * Miss Nettie Price, sister of Mr. R.H. Price, of this city, was married to a worthy gentleman in Cleburne, Texas, about two weeks ago. Miss Price has been in Texas several years, visiting Mrs. W.G. Field. Her many friends of Columbia extend their best wishes. * * * Last Thursday at 1 o'clock Mr. Mont Bennett was married to Miss Eva Jones. Mr. Bennett's home is near Columbia, but for some time he has been at work here. The bride is a daughter of Mr. J.W. Jones, of this place, and is a handsome young lady. Both the bride and the groom, are quite popular, and will be greatly missed from society. (In the Pellyton community newsletter.) |
