 Irish Colleen Flies To U.S. To Marry Crystal Green

Crystal Green, ex-Army Sergeant, of Chicago, and his bride, the former Ruby Mason, of Belfort, Ireland, who were married in Louisville on Saturday, July 13, were guests of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Green, in Gradyville, several days last week.

The young Irish bride-to-be arrived by plane at LaGuardia Field, N.Y., several days before the wedding, expecting Sgt. Green to meet her there. Not knowing when the plane was due Green was not on hand and for hours they sought each other. When they finally met they took a plane to Chicago and later came to Louisville for the wedding.
