In the name of God Amen. I ROBERT HASKINS of Adair County and State of Kentucky, being sick of body but of perfect mind and memory I make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner & form following to wit:

Item, I give and bequeath TO MY SON CREED HASKINS one Negro boy by the name Martin also half of the tract of land whereon I now live to include his house to him and his heirs forever.

Item, I give and bequeath TO MY DAUGHTER SALLY LOGAN one negro girl by the name of Delilah also one negro boy by the name of John to her and her heirs forever.

Item, I give MY BELOVED WIFE ELIZABETH HASKINS one half the tract of land I now live on to include the house I now live in also all the residue of my estate which is not already mentioned after my just debts is paid during her natural life.

Item, I give and bequeath TO MY SON EDWARD HASKINS one hundred pounds at the death of my wife to him and his heirs forever.

Item, I give and bequeath TO EDWARD TRABUES CHILDREN WHICH ARE MY GRAND CHILDREN one hundred pounds at the death of my wife to them and their heirs forever.

Item, I give and bequeath to my son, Creed Haskins, the tract of land I leave to my wife containing 72½ acres more or less at her death to him and his heir forever. My Will and desire is that all the negroes and their increase if any, and all other property that I now leave to my wife should be equally divided at her death between ANN HATCHER, ELIZABETH TRABUE, MARY TRABUE, ROBT., EDWARD, AND CREED HASKINS, PHEBE BURTON, FRANCES ATKINSON, JANE TRABUE AND SALLY LOGAN except two feather beds and furniture which I give to my children Creed Haskins and Sally Logan to them and their heirs forever, jointly I appoint my son Creed Haskins my only Executor of this my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me made and I do acknowledge this to be my last will and testament.

In Testimony whereof I have set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of November eighteen hundred and four.

At a County Court began and held for the county aforesaid on Monday January the 7th 1805.

This Last will and testament of Robert Haskins decd was produced in Court proven by the oaths of John Tom Slater and Elijah Summers, witnesses thereto and ordered to record on the motion of Creed Haskins the executor therein named who took the oath required by law and executed and acknowledged bond with Daniel Trabue and Thomas W. Atkinson his securities in the penal sum of $2000 conditioned as the law direct that execution of the said will is granted him.
