Know all men by these presents that we John Creel & Benjamin Lampton are held and firmly bound unto his Excellency James Farrard esq. Governor of Kentucky and his successors in the penal sum of fifty pounds the payment
of which well and truly  to be made we bind ourselves our heirs Exec. & Admin. jointly & severally firmaly by these present sealed with our seals and dated this 10th day of July 1804.
The Conditions is such that if there should be no legal cause to
obstruct a marriage shortly intended to be solemnized between the said John Creel then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force
