Monday January 30 1865 court met puntuant to adjournment, present Philip B. Hord, Samuel M. David, L. T. Whitten, James A? Wilhite?, Joshua Roe and John Y. Montgomery.   Present

 

This day T. W. Everman produced satisfactory evidence to the court that he is invalid. It is therefore ordered that he be exempt from paying Militia Tax for the present year 1865 and all future militia tax here after order that court adjourn until in course?(not sure what this was to be) Philip B. Hord, acting judge
