I could not find the cemetery that my great grandparent -John Wilson - is buried in. I believe it is called the Coburn cemetery.
The following paragraph gives directions to this cemetery that I visited about 2001.
I don't know if I was in Carter County or not but perhaps you can tell from the directions.

Death Certificate 29696 for John Wilson is located in Volume #60 for Carter County, Kentucky. Directions for Coburn Cemetery are:
From Grayson go Highway 60 east to Highway #1; go south on Highway 1 toward Willard. Near Willard turn left onto Highway 1496;
continue on 1496 for 6.1 miles to left exit on steep grass covered road up hill side. Best to leave the car at the bottom and walk up the hill.
The cemetery is on top of the hill. The left hand exit is also .4 miles after passing a sign for Pine Grove Community Church.

The Ashland, Kentucky Daily Independence for Dec 19th, 1928 noted that John died of pneumonia after having been ill only a few days.
The East Kentucky Journal , Grayson, Kentucky dated July 11, 1929 had the following article: "RITES for J. H. WILSON Next August -
Rites for J. H. Wilson, who died last Christmas near Stinson will be held the first Sunday in next August at the Sam Hill Christian Church,
near Coburn cemetery, was announced today by Rev. J. H. Thomas, in whose charge the services will be trusted.
Bro. Thomas has chosen as subject for his funeral sermon, "The Life of J. H. Wilson", whom he says he knew for about fifty years.
He thinks in analyzing Mr. Wilson's life, he can wonderfully impress his audience."
