Sara Adams Jarrell - 1932-2007 Sara Lou (Phyllis Jean) Adams Jarrell of Olive Hill, Ky., passed away on Monday, July 23, 2007, at her residence. She was born Jan. 14, 1932, in Soldier, Ky., a daughter of the late Mae Cline and Tee Adams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Jarrell; a brother, Jack T. Adams; and her stepfather, Leslie Bond. She is survived by four sons, Jeffrey (Felice) of Olive Hill, Jaime (Teresa Wright) of Russell, Jack (Joetta) of Ashland and Jhan (Sandra) of Olive Hill; two daughters, Jada Jarrell (W. Lynn Johnson) and Julie Jarrell (Steve Porter) of Olive Hill; two sisters, Rosalie Conley of Olive Hill and Sherry Wooten of Grayson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends who will sadly mourn her passing. She was a member of First Christian Church of Olive Hill. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today, July 26, 2007, at Globe Funeral Chapel in Olive Hill with Brother Dave Shanklin officiating. Visitation will be before services today at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date.
