Kentucky GenWeb projectOney-Henderson Funeral Home Obituary, Wednesday, 13 October 2004 Mary Frank Arthurs Buckler, age 65 of Vanceburg, KY died Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at her residence. Mrs. Buckler was born July 12, 1939 in Carter Co, KY, a daughter of the late John and Iva Jordan Arthurs. She was a homemaker and attended the James Chapel Church in Olive HIll. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Buckler, Sr.; 1 son, John Buckler, Jr.; 2 brothers, Harry R. Arthurs and Robert Arthurs. Surviving are 3 sons, David Bucker, Michael Buckler, Rick Buckler all of Vanceburg; 2 daughters, Nancy Gray of Shrieve, Ohio; Rebecca Cox of Gatlingburg, Tennessee; 4 brothers, Hubert Arthurs, John Larry Arthurs, both of Circleville, Ohio, Denny Arthurs, George Arthurs both of Columbus, Ohio; 2 sisters, Margaret Osborne of London, Ohio and Fayer Arthurs of New Port, Tennessee. 19 grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to these survivors, Mary leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn her departure. Funeral: Friday, October 15, 2004 at 2p.m. at Oney-Henderson Funeral home; officiated by Rev. Bob Buckler and Rev. Gene Buckler. Burial will follow in the Tackett-Buckler Cemetery, Olive Hill, KY. Visitation after 6 p.m. today, all day tomorrow and until time of the funeral Friday at the Oney-Henderson Funeral Home in Olive Hill.
